RETURNS: We get it. Sometimes things just weren’t meant to be. If you’re looking to process a return, take a sigh of relief—we’ve made it easy! Simply email us email@example.com to authorize a return. Return shipping is at your expense.
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned for a refund. Items must be received within 28 business days of receiving the order to get a refund.
Once the return has been authorized and shipped, please keep records of your tracking information. When we receive returns, they will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will then be issued a refund in the amount of the item returned minus the shipping charges.
EXCHANGES: If you simply need another size, follow the return instructions above, and include the size you want to exchange for in your email. Item must be unwashed, unworn and unused to be eligible for an exchange and be received within 28 business days of receiving the order.
LOVE COLLECTION: All LOVE Collection merchandise is eligible for exchanges only. Since we give 100% of the proceeds to our partners, they are not eligible for a refund.
DIGITAL FILES: Digital files are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
FINAL SALE: Please note, final sale items and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
JEWELRY: Broken/Tarnished Logo Necklace Policy.
For BEST care for your logo necklace:
-Do your best to not submerge in water (i.e shower, swimming), if you do - dry it off as soon as possible
-Clean with a soft cloth, no liquid necessary
-Store in a place that it is likely to not become tangled
-Wipe with soft cloth occasionally after wear to remove excess oils
-Never keep your jewelry in the bathroom/near sink as chances of being exposed to moisture increases
Tarnish resistant does not mean it cannot tarnish. It means that it has a special coating on top of the rhodium plating to avoid tarnishing. However, if not cared for properly, it could happen. Under the instance that your logo necklace chain breaks due to force, or tarnishes due to moist conditions and improper care, we are happy to repair the chain, or replace the logo in the first 3 months from purchase for a charge of $4 (to cover shipping and shipping supplies once repaired). The necklace will have to be mailed back to Studio by A for repairs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start this process. If it has been longer than 3 months since purchase, a new necklace will have to be purchased if this instance occurs.
